RideWise is a free, web-based price comparison tool that provides estimated fare information for rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) and taxis across US cities. Our service helps users compare prices before booking a ride through the respective provider's own app or platform.

3. Price Estimates Disclaimer

All prices displayed on RideWise are estimates only and should not be treated as quotes, offers, or guarantees. Estimates are calculated using publicly available rate card data and may differ from actual fares due to:

• Real-time surge or dynamic pricing
• Traffic conditions and route deviations
• Driver availability and wait times
• Promotions, discounts, or subscription benefits applied to your account
• Tolls, airport fees, or other surcharges
• Changes to provider rate cards after our last data update

Always verify the actual price in the Uber, Lyft, or taxi app before confirming your ride. RideWise is not responsible for any difference between our estimates and actual fares charged.

4. No Affiliation

RideWise is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Uber Technologies, Inc., Lyft, Inc., or any taxi company. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this site are property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.

5. No Booking Service

RideWise does not book, arrange, or facilitate rides. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an intermediary between you and any rideshare or taxi provider. Any ride you take is solely between you and the provider you choose through their own app or service.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to extract data from RideWise
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute our price comparison data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The RideWise name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent. Third-party trademarks (Uber, Lyft, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Advertisements

RideWise displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) to support our free service. We do not control the content of these ads and are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made by advertisers.
